We loved our stay at the inn on fall river. We had a king room right next to the river and our balcony faced the river. It was super peaceful. Great way to unwind after a day of hiking. The location was excellent for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. We also felt like the staff / the inn really made an effort to make this a cool place to stay with hot tubs, food trucks on Thursday night, live music, lots of bbqs and outdoor seating. Some reviews mention the live music / construction but from our experience the live music ended at 9 pm which was very reasonable and didn’t bother us when we wanted an early night. The construction was right next to us and didn’t start super early or go late so didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we recommend and would stay here again!

From check in to check out The Inn at Fall River team made us feel welcome. The suite was sparkling clean with views of the river, trees and mountains from our patio. Live entertainment and bar upstairs were easy to access and enjoyable. I'm in a motorized chair; the grounds and room were accessible for me no problem with an elevator to reach the second floor. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with them and will return soon. Memorable experience we will not forget. Thank you, "Inn at Fall River" I have already recommended to others in my area. Don and Linda B. I would offer a higher star rating if I could.

One of the favourite places I’ve ever stayed in. The location is absolutely gorgeous, right on the river bank overlooking the river. The rooms are both rustic and modern, clean, and comfortable. Service was great with easy and clear check in. The resort has put a lot of thought into make this a fun place to stay - there’s a bar, live music, food trucks on certain nights, and plenty of tables and chairs out to sit and hang out outside. There was also a communal hot tub available too. Finally, the location was excellent for visiting Rocky Mountain national park, about 5-10 minutes from the closest entrance to the park.

We stayed at Fall River Inn for our anniversary trip and honestly had such a cozy stay. Check-in was super easy and smooth, and the keypad entry was such a convenient touch. The room felt warm and comfortable, the bed and pillows were great, and the room stayed really warm at night even when it got super cold outside. We didn’t end up using the fireplace, but loved hearing the stream outside from the patio. The front desk woman was AMAZING and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. She was so kind and helpful, gave us great recommendations for Estes and wildlife spotting, and was really knowledgeable about the area (I guess she’s also a guide in Estes, which totally makes sense). She even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was also perfect — only a couple miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and super convenient to downtown Estes for restaurants and shopping. The best part for me though was sitting outside with my morning coffee while elk casually walked right up on the sidewalk near our patio and then wandered through the stream like they owned the place 😂 It felt like such a true Estes experience. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Estes… which I’m already hoping we do soon. Please save us a spot 🥰

Beautiful quick stay up here! Yes, there is construction, and you can hear the noise. But it's not unbearable, and the rooms are discounted appropriately - and of course they are fully transparent about all of that! Danielle in the office was so helpful on check in - and by the way, the Blue Hawaiian was delicious! It was a wonderful place to stay for the night, and I would do it again in a heartbeat, only for a longer stay!
