This place is an amazing. The most humming birds I’ve ever seen!!! There are so many beautiful flowers and it’s right on the river! We stayed in the cutest cabin. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location a few min from downtown Estes and close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We were in site 17 in a camper van and it was easy to get in and out of. Shower and laundry facilities were spotless. The grounds were cutely decorated with planters and plants. Hummingbirds everywhere! Riverside rocking chairs on a little common area patio were my favorite to read in! Dog friendly was such an added bonus to this place. The owners gave us great tips about hiking with dogs as well. Super friendly people. Would definitely stay again in our camper van or in a riverside cabin!

This is my second time staying here and I can say that I feel blessed to have found such a beautiful spot and such fabulous owners and staff. Our tiny house is perfect for everything that we need. Thank you to Kathy and the team. We appreciate you!

This mom & pop campground is a GEM! Beautifully maintained & managed. Nestled on the Big Thompson River. Just a handful of RV sites & cabins, but such a nice park. The spaces are a little tight, but they still manage to provide scenery & privacy. We opted for a river site with deck overlooking, & the ambiance was perfect! Only 4 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park!!! Everyone we met there, from management to residents to visitors was so warm & friendly. Great experience!

We'll be back for sure! Paradise on the River is just what it says. Cabin was super clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. Sitting on the porch and listening to the river and watching the wildlife was a treat. (We saw deer crossing the river, lots of birds, and an elk in our 'side' yard!) Convenient location and wonderful staff. Loved our stay!
