This place is great. Came here a year ago with my mother, and went back recently (I don't live in the area) - and really, nothing but good things to say. It's got a great "down home" vibes - relaxed atmosphere in a great wooden log building, and super friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious - we enjoyed the trout and the bison meatballs, followed up with the apple bread pudding. I also enjoyed the old fashioned with locally made pine syrup, which was lovely. I'll be honest, sometimes going to a place that looks so much like a local haunt can be intimidating - will you be "the outsider"? But here - no way! You're welcomed like a local! Thoroughly recommend for every single aspect!

We truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere at the Tavern after we had hiking at the national park. Friendly staff, tasty food, live music made our evening even more pleasant. They have parking enough for the visitors, indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed everything we ordered: trout, burger and pasta. Be aware that pasta portions are big. They don’t have public WiFi.

Great experience, service staff were friendly and our food came out reasonably fast considering how many people were there. Tavern feel and live music created a great atmosphere, and considering the portion sizes, the prices were reasonable for the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great restaurant! Our server, Uros, was fantastic, friendly and attentive, and made the whole experience amazing. The service was incredibly fast, and our food came out super quick! Everything we ordered tasted amazing. The atmosphere is awesome, especially with the live music in the back. Overall, great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this restaurant !

Quaint old time feel Restaurant and bar. I had the Beef Stroganoff. The sauce was flavorful but not too heavy. The beef was tender and tasty, and the mushrooms were cooked well.The service was excellent. I'll be back. Thanks Gwenn
