A larger TV, more outlets and queen size beds, rather than full would have made it 5 stars for me. Overall value was great though! Convenient, clean and affordable. Friday and Saturday nights they have a group event with a bonfire, grill stands and live music. Cool touch! Not exactly the romantic getaway spot but perfect for the traveler on a budget, business person or anyone willing to sacrifice a couple amenities for value. The pool is nice and clean as well, but the bball hoop needs fixed. Lol.
Super cute little inn with great prices. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it was nice to know it was there. I booked a king suite, the room was huge, very comfortable bed, good view of the mountains, clean, loved the separate tub. The staff was so friendly, definitely went above and beyond and answered all the little random questions I had.
I felt safe as a solo AFAB traveler, the lot is well lit and close to the rooms. I’d definitely stay here again.
Spent 3 nights here last weekend (May 2026) and was super comfortable. This is an economical motel, focused on function over form, so don't expect Hampton Inn quality decor. What you will get is comfortable, economical, functional room with great views. My room, which was quite large, had two windows that opened, one overlooking the front of the property and a second overlooking the back of the property. The fresh air with dual mountain views was awesome. Room (one queen bed) was very clean, had a good size refrigerator w/small freezer section, in room coffee, two luggage racks (love that), and a microwave as well. Used the washer & dryer for a load of laundry, $2.00 each, laundry soap sold in lobby. Had a lot of cool tv channels, some of the most soft, silky sheets I've ever slept on, and the shower was great. Peter the owner was incredibly nice and helpful; so was the housekeeping staff. And there's a free breakfast in the lobby daily. No vending on site, but Safeway was one mile away. Would definitely stay here again!
It was a hot summer day when we arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM after driving from Denver Airport. We were exhausted and looking forward to relaxing in a cool room with air conditioning.
The inn looked very nice from the outside, and we were able to park right in front of our first-floor room, which was very convenient. However, when we opened the door, although the mini AC was running, the window had been left open. The room was very warm. We immediately closed the window and curtains, hoping the room would cool down quickly, but unfortunately, it took quite a while. Thankfully, the temperature dropped in the evening, and the room eventually became comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were good, including a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. We also appreciated that the bathroom was spacious and accessible, making it suitable for seniors or wheelchair users.
We checked out before 5:00 AM to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, so we didn't have the chance to try the complimentary breakfast.
We stayed here 2 nights in July. The location is great, very convenient to rocky mountain national park. My kids loved the pool and the shuffle board court. Not a luxury hotel but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was super helpful. If I'm ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
