We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. The room was very clean, and you could tell it was well taken care of. The staff was friendly every time we talked with them, and everyone was helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice bonus before heading out each morning. We also appreciated having a ceiling fan in the room, which isn't something you find in every hotel. The views from the property were beautiful, and there was plenty of parking. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they both looked nice. Overall, this was a great place to stay while visiting Estes Park, and we'd definitely book here again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Estes Park and for Rocky Mountain National Park Access. Friendly and informative front desk staff, easy parking, and my room was very clean. The shower was great with strong water pressure. Breakfast was amazing and one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. A lot of options, ranging from hot breakfast foods to a yogurt and oatmeal bar with a lot of topping options. The coffee was also good.

This BW is nicely maintained, quiet and our room was fairly spacious, with all the necessary features. The breakfast was tasty and an adequate start to our days. I'm not sure how things would be if the house was full (which I suspect it is frequently in June, July,.. ) but the parking area and breakfast area were great for our stay in April. Access is good with a couple of elevators to reach the upper levels. We didn't use the gym or pool, but they looked nice. The best part is the location, minutes from RMNP and local Estes Park attractions. Compliments to Colleen at the front desk, who was helpful and cheery. I have no negative comments, so BW Estes Park gets 5 stars!

I didn’t know a Best Western could be so nice! We had planned to stay at the Stanley but construction was going on there. Took a chance on this Best Western and it was a great decision. Perfectly clean rooms, hallways, dining room…you name it. Updated and appears new throughout. Very friendly front desk staff. Housekeeping does a wonderful job freshening up the rooms daily with all items you need. Would highly recommend staying here. We were on the top floor and had a Mountain View. About 5 minute drive to downtown. During high season drive can get backed up. We realized it’s better to just drive to visitors center just up the street from the hotel. Park for free in visitor center garage and then either take free shuttle into town or walk the beautiful river walk from visitor center into town. It’s a paved sidewalk with the river running on one side and just beautiful. About a 5 minute walk from visitors center. This will allow you to avoid traffic congestion and searching for a parking spot during high season. I highly recommend this place!

Many signs show that this place has been taken good care of! For example, AC has a special hood to make sure the wind won’t blow through curtains. Several public areas throughout the building with tables and chairs for guests to use. Breakfast’s chafing dish has special handle cover to prevent people get burned. Scrambled eggs are always enough. Waffle makers are clean. Staffs keep refilling missing items for breakfast. No weird smell during staffs cleaning nor anywhere else. All slopes and stairs are equipped with handrails. Front desk staffs are friendly. I have a feeling that every one working for this hotel has put their heart into it. It’s not like a fancy high rise hotel that has a big ambitious story to tell while everyone else has to appreciate their speeches, but a nice place for you to have a good rest for tomorrow’s hiking trip.
