What funny experience. The caretaker lady was so unbelievably kind and helpful. She even offered us quesadillas in the morning (delicious) and saw us off. Honestly she was the best part. Unfortunately the room has rugs stained with ANIMAL URINE which smelled sooo horrible we couldn't escape it in any room. The rugs are definitely ruined, they can't be cleaned and need to be thrown away. Not the caretaker's fault as otherwise the room was perfectly clean. To me it seems like a situation where the owner is too cheap to renovate the room which is a shame because it has rustic potential.

This is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations. I wouldn’t stay here again until renovations are completed and all areas are open, unless finding a low rate is your #1 priority and you’re willing to stay in a fairly crappy room without the common area viewing room that is advertised on the site. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn the viewing room was not open, and this was a key reason for booking the property. Owner acknowledged my disappointment but justified it with how low the rate was. Truth is, the state of what’s going on here should have been communicated so I had the choice to book another property for only $30 or $40 more per night, which I would have definitely done if I had the choice. Too late once I got there. Room was in bad shape - broken furniture and wall structures, stained rug, no window screen, very rudamentary. So yes you're getting a low price right now, but you’re also getting a low-quality experience.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean, but the shower room is no lights and is too small to turn your body around even we are skinny and short people. We were not able to get a good shower at all. The refrigerator doesn't really work. It froze all my food instead of keeping it cool, which made all the fresh fruit go bad. Also the water tank of the toilet kept making noise the whole night. On the second day when we returned to our room, we found the sink full of dried coffee grounds, which wasn't there when we left that morning. It seems someone came into our room and pull a bag of coffee ground into the sink. It is weird. Don't recommend this motel, especially for a family.

My mom and I reserved a 2 bed room for a couple of nights. Very clean rooms and beds. A little out dated and the walls a bit thin, but a great place to rest your head. The viewing room in the parking lot was great for card games and watching the sunset. Very close to town without being in the crowds.

Decent location. Rooms clean Wall very thin. We barely slept for the night due to loud mouth people in adjacent rooms and loud tvs through the night House keepker greeted us when we seen us pull in. She could not speak a world of English though so pointless. I wont stay here again
