It's a nice park to sit visit, enjoy the water running thru the park. You can sit and eat your lunch or just enjoy the pleasant surroundings of the park. The water wheel is there, but it wasn't running when we were there during the week. Restrooms are right there as well. You can sit by the water, and there's a statue along with steps to sit at as well.

We stop at the water wheel every year when we come to Estes Park on our family vacation. It’s such a pretty spot with the water flowing and flowers. We usually see kids playing in the water.

Cute little picnic spot. A little more seating space is needed.

Nice little relaxing spot right at the edge of downtown Estes Park. Working water wheel, next to a concrete landing and statue at water level.
