Ideal for an elevated meal with beautiful views of Lake Estes. Definitely recommend for the large windows and general atmosphere. The food was plated nicely and the wine was served with large pours for the price. The braised bison was a bit dry but the sauce was very flavorful. The Wagyu tataki was also quite small and too salty, but really enjoyed the halibut with the roasted pepper cream sauce. Very friendly service! The chocolate cake for dessert was perfectly sweet.

A Perfect Anniversary Dinner — 10 Stars if We Could! My husband and I celebrated our 27th anniversary at Ember, and we couldn't have chosen a better place for such a special occasion. If we could give it 10 stars, we absolutely would. The service, food, and atmosphere were all flawless — there is truly nothing we would change. We started with the bread and butter before moving on to the mango shrimp, which was absolutely phenomenal. My husband also ordered the Island Time mocktail (no alcohol), and it was so delicious we were both impressed. A wonderful way to kick off the evening! For our mains, I had the chicken fried chicken — hands down the best chicken either of us has ever tasted. The kitchen was also kind enough to substitute the Brussels sprouts for fries, which was a small but appreciated touch. My husband ordered the Black & Blue pasta with beef tips, which were incredibly flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender. To top it all off, we were seated at a window table with breathtaking views of the water and mountains — the perfect romantic setting for an anniversary dinner. Thank you, Ember, for making our 27th anniversary so memorable. We will absolutely be back!

Food: It was great! We got 3 appetizers, the bread, mango shrimp, and ahi tuna wanton chips. We also got the Ceaser and Arugula salad. Entres were the elk tenderloin and steak frites. Everything tasted wonderful! Service: Our server was very attentive and friendly! Atmosphere: Our table literally overlooked the mountains. Can’t ask for much more. They also have outdoor seating.

We had such an amazing time at Ember! We went on President’s Day for my 30th birthday, and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The host was very kind and personable, and even brought us some champagne to celebrate my birthday! The waitress, Candice, was also very nice and had a great sense of humor. The food and drinks were amazing, and you can really tell that they make everything from scratch. The focaccia with whipped butter and garlic confit was phenomenal, and though it may sound basic, was the best part of the meal!! I got the chicken and quinoa, which was hearty and delicious, and my partner loved his chicken sandwich. They had great music playing, and the view of the mountains and lake out the window made for the perfect ambience. For dessert, the chocolate decadence was to die for! Would recommend to anyone looking to feel pampered and enjoy a good meal!
