Beautiful views from the upper eastern site and close stream access from the lower western site with a rustic privy in between them. Both are suitable for tents and hammocks and a close walk from the main trail.

Great area

Starting/ending point for a short nature trail looping around a scenic, high-altitude lake.

National park trail system with mountain lakes, glaciers, evergreen forest & thousands of animals.

A favorite viewing point at a hairpin turn on Trail Ridge Road, with sweeping views of Mummy Range.
