We camped at 5 different campgrounds while traveling around Colorado and this place was by far the friendliest. We were greeted at the entrance by a gentleman who grabbed our map and information papers. He not only explained everything to us there, he jumped in a golf cart and led us right to our spot. He even stopped by later to make sure we had everything. The grounds also had some charm. Situated down a small hillside along a roaring creek. The bathroom with the showers was nice. Tile floors and walls, nice and clean. My suggestion for them would be to have a private area for getting dressed/undressed. The other bathroom, was functional, but could use some updating. I would even suggest they add a stall. It was big enough that 2 people could use it at the same time if there were stalls. I do recommend staying at Manor RV Park, close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful.

Manor RV Park was everything we hoped for and more. The riverside campsites were peaceful, we saw elk and even a black bear during our stay, and it was just minutes from downtown, making it the perfect location. The park is well maintained, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to experience the outdoors while staying close to town, this is it. We can't wait to come back!

We made it to Estes Park Colorado and upon arrival i called one Park and they were out of the office so I called the next and it was Manor RV Park. They answered right away and said come on down I have a spot for you right on the riverside. Long story short, it was a great spot, we extended out stay three times I think, and everytime it was easy. Elk and deer run through the park daily. We happened to be there when the area got its second snow storm of 2026. I had talked with the office before the storm and they informed me their Park can handle the storm but the old man said he did not think it would be much of a storm, so we stayed. The snow storm turned out to be a lot bigger than we all expected. A little more like 4 to 7 inches of snow. It was awesome. They were awesome. The wildlife was awesome. There are bathrooms and a laundromat but we have not used them. It's 2 minutes from town on the river that runs through town. 5 minutes from RMNR which is why we came. When we come back again it will be the only Park I call. And on a side note. I did have a refrigerator issue in my camper, called the office and they had a referral for an RV Tech. Needless to say the RV Tech was great just as the people running the park. I highly recommend Manor RV Park.

Site 39 is 5 star - Riverview upgrade was so worth it! Check in was easy, Tom walked up to our truck as we drove in. He helped us park and shared meaningful tips about RMNP and the area. Free breakfast 2 Saturdays a month. Exceptionally strong internet. Convenient location to RMNP and restaurants (some deliver). Park accepts deliveries, which is so nice for Full-Timers. We would stay here again.

We paid over $100 for a site on the river. There was so much rain. It washed out the gravel in our side and so we have a ton of mud. They put gravel on sites next to us and I asked if we could move and they said no, and there wasn’t anybody in their sites.
