We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location and views were beautiful, and it was only about 12 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, which made it very convenient. This hotel is especially great for families with kids. The 24/7 game room was a huge hit, and the outdoor fire pit with complimentary marshmallow kits made the evenings extra special. The pool and gym were also excellent amenities. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, game room, and outdoor setup. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we would definitely stay here again!

I booked this last minute for Memorial Day weekend. It was amazing. The staff are professional, polite, ready to help...I cannot say enough good about their service. Breakfast was so delicious each morning. The fire pits were so cozy and added bonus of smore's kits. The rooms were large and so comfortable and clean. Although I didn't use them, the game room and pool looked like a lot of fun. I will definitely book here the next time I am in Estes.

Amazing view and close to downtown? ✅ Great suits and amenities? ✅ Incredible staff and service? ✅ I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! Not only is it affordable, it has absolutely everything. Last night we made complementary s’mores over a fire pit looking out at the mountains. Today we are talking a walk to downtown and my mom will use the complimentary hiking stick. This place goes way beyond having just a pool! And a huge shoutout to Jodi, Jeff, Jae, and Christiano, who all helped to make our stay so wonderful!

We spent 5 nights here as a family with kids ages 6 and 9, and it was perfect for us. It’s not necessarily the most luxurious hotel, but all of the little amenities make it wonderful: the heated pool and hot tub, the free water machine in the lobby where you can pick flavors, the free Starbucks machine making chai lattes and coffee in the lobby, the jar of free saltwater taffy from a local shop in the lobby, and the pinball and game machines. My kids loved all of those things so much. They also gave us vouchers for breakfast which was pretty good and the staff in the restaurant (Jennifer, Christiano, and another lady from Jamaica whose name I can’t remember) were all SO friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place for families!

If you are arriving as a couple on a vacation to Estes Park please choose a different place to stay. We are diamond elite IHG members and we were disappointed with our stay at the Holiday Inn. First of all, the app lets you choose early check in, however, when you get to the hotel they do not honor it. Our room was ready at 4 pm along with everyone else's. The hotel staff were not accommodating whatsoever and were rude. They basically said they did not know why it was even given as an option to IHG club members. Our room faced the pool so was very loud from 10 am to 11 pm everyday with kids screaming...not exactly enjoyable for a couple who spent the entire day at the Rocky Mountain National Park. Our room smelled strangely of a bleach and curry mixture. The beds were ok, but nothing to brag about. It's nice they have the fire pits to roast marshmallows, but also there's kids running around everywhere so wasn't the peace we were looking for. Also, don't count on late checkout on the app because they also don't allow that past 12 pm even though you have until 2 pm per the app. Unless you need the family amenities or enjoy hearing screaming children, choose another accommodation location. Don't let the pictures online fool you either...pretty sure they are AI at it's finest. Just an honest review from a couple who travels often via IHG hotels.
