This was our 1st time using a vehicle like this. I got to be honest, I was more than a bit trepidatious and damn near cancelled the whole thing before we even got there. My wife has some physical limitations, an artificial leg, is less than 5 foot tall, and has several metal rods through her bones. I didn’t think she'd be able to handle all the bouncing etc. That's on me, this was her idea and she never flinched or acted like she was having a change of heart so....onward! We were a little late but they didn't make a big deal out of it, walked us through everything, how the vehicle worked, what to expect on the trails and gave us a solid route, nothing too dramatic. We picked out some helmets and off we went! I am so glad we got adventurous! We took thr 4 hour unguided option and we had a ball! Saw some incredible scenery, took lots of pics and made a wonderful memory. I highly recommend these guys, we had a great time and they put me at ease straight out of the gate.

There was a fire several years ago in the Arapahoe forest but it’s a uniquely beautiful mountainous area with outstanding views of RMNP and ranges to the south around Breckenridge and Leadville. It was easy to navigate the reservation and complete the waivers prior to showing up. Once there, we were shown the maps with the trails that would work within our time allowance, grabbed a few neck gators for dust, and were schooled on the machine. The trails and vistas were great. Be prepared for some rocky areas that you have to crawl over but the suspensions make the ride comfortable. We’re never coming back to the area without riding again. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!

We were able to secure a last minute 4 hour ride. Every person we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The equipment and trails were well maintained. They are located at the base of the trail system so it is super convenient.

I’ve rented with On The Trails Rentals 2 years in a row now. I love it! If you’re looking for adventure and don’t want to be in some boring follow the leader atv group, this is for you! The trail system is mapped out and you head out directly from the rental shop - easy! Highly recommended! Thanks guys, we had a blast!

Have been renting from OTT rentals for about 20 years. They are the best. Polite, professional, thorough. They are located right on the trails so there's no missed rental time transporting vehicles. They give you a clear map and suggestions for best riding. Cannot recommend them enough!! THE BEST!
