We almost didn't stop here. You absolutely HAVE to stop! Not only is a wonderful cute photo op, there are dozens of chipmunks on the rock by the pull off. There was a wonderful gentleman there with a guitar and bird seed to feed them for a donation. We spent 30+ watching them and laughing together. Such a cool surprise on our trip.

Bring some peanuts or to beat everyone else strawberries or blueberries. There are a ton of chipmunks that will come eat out of your hand. Pretty area, does get busy and just off a busy road where people are coming downhill, so be aware. Great spot though, going in Estes or out, its a must stop.

Enjoyed taking photos here! Bring peanuts so you can feed the little squirrels 🐿️ they are so adorable and will grab the peanuts from your hands. Too cute! 🥰

Nice little stop for a quick photo and a stretch after a long ride. Beautiful view, fresh air, and that perfect ‘we made it’ photo moment. If you’re passing by — totally worth a 5-minute stop!

As a part of Sperm Donation World Tour of the USA, I pulled over here because saw lots of people pulling up. In terms of views decent, not mind blowing, I found the stop at Lake Estes more nicer. Anyway got a photo with the sign.
