What an incredible experience! The atmosphere was amazing, with great vibes, friendly people, and excellent service. It was the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer and come back again. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and honesty of the owner and staff. I accidentally left my wallet at the bar after my trip, and instead of just holding onto it, the owner went out of their way to track me down and make sure I got it back. They even helped arrange for it to be delivered all the way from Colorado to Ohio! That level of care and integrity is so rare these days. I’m beyond grateful for their honesty and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for a place with great drinks, an awesome atmosphere, and genuinely wonderful people, this is it. Highly recommend!

We were here this last weekend for my sisters wedding and although the place itself is fun with activities, and open late, and a decent space, the bartenders both nights were extremely rude. Not just to us but to many others, changing the vibe of the whole place. The first dark haired, hat, guy was direct and had fast service but still rude and pressuring other customers to hurry up with payment etc. The bartender two nights later, the bartender was rude right when we came in. He was making “jokes” about a friends hairline and was overall not so kind. Overall, the bar itself is good, but I would not suggest if you’re looking for good hospitality.

The Wheel Bar was an awesome spot for our welcome party before our wedding. They don’t serve food but let you bring in whatever you want and suggested some great local spots around town. Their downstairs space could hold all of our guests comfortably (almost 100!) and the bartenders did a great job nicely moving people who weren’t part of our party to the other bar. Would definitely recommend if you’re hosting an event in Estes Park!

Best bar in Estes by far. Really nice beer selection and a lot of local breweries in the mix at reasonable prices. Sat at the bar and enjoyed great service in a classic darker interior ambiance that worked out great on a blistering hot day . Lots of things to keep you entertained from shuffle board , pool and fuse ball tables. Didn’t realize until we were leaving that they also have an outside patio near the river that would be nice on a cooler day . Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

We stayed in Estes for 5 nights and visited here at least once a day. The bartenders are extremely enjoyable if you have a good sense of humor. We will miss this place, it’s the perfect spot to spend an evening. Very welcoming, fantastic prices, great vibe. They helped us celebrate on our wedding night and we had a blast!
