The Hive at Estes Park Brewery was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was excellent across the board. The burgers were cooked perfectly, loaded with toppings, and packed with flavor. The fish and chips were crispy and fresh, the fries were great, and even the fried pickles were some of the best we’ve had. Portions were generous, everything came out hot, and the quality was impressive from appetizers to entrees. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff did a great job keeping up with a busy crowd. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and it’s easy to see why this place is so popular with both locals and visitors. The only reason I’m not giving this place 10 stars is one small but very noticeable issue. A manager (or someone in a supervisory role) was constantly walking around with a walkie-talkie turned up loud and no earpiece. Every transmission blasted through the room and interrupted conversations throughout the meal. It was honestly pretty annoying for guests trying to enjoy the atmosphere. Investing in an earpiece would solve the problem immediately and make the dining experience much more enjoyable. That said, the food, service, and overall experience were outstanding. Don’t let that minor issue keep you away this is absolutely a place worth visiting when you’re in Estes Park. Highly recommended.

Forrest was an outstanding server! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. He checked on us regularly without being intrusive, kept our drinks filled, and made excellent recommendations. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It's clear he genuinely cares about providing great service. We will definitely be back and hope to have Forrest as our server again. Highly recommend!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing dinner at The Hive at Estes Park Brewery during our family trip to Estes Park. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out surprisingly fast. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for families. A special thank you to our server, Ali. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kept checking on us throughout our meal to make sure everything tasted great and that we had everything we needed. His excellent service truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Estes Park, don't miss this place. Great food, outstanding service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town!

I was nervous. I've never had elk before. My burger was placed in front of me.... bacon, cheese, and a beautifully cooked burger. My first try at elk....I took a bite.... it was damn good. Because of my yummy experience here, at The Hive, I learned i like elk. Good job guys!! Also... the fried green beans, beercheese dip, and french dip.... yeah... it was a freaking yummy afternoon. It would'nt have been an overall great lunch without our server, Colton. He was great, with good insight on menu items. Go eat (elk), drink, and bee kind.

The food, atmosphere, and staff here are top-notch. My son and I stopped in after spending the day at Rocky Mountain National Park because we noticed their impressive 4.9-star rating—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Our wonderful server, Parshun, greeted us right away and got us started with a couple of beers and the delicious Elevation Beer Cheese Dip. While the pretzel nuggets didn’t quite look like the picture, they were still very good. For dinner, I had the Altitude Burger cooked medium-rare, made with elk instead of beef, along with a side of truffle fries. My son ordered the Crab Melt with truffle fries as well. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly to order. The Crab Melt was absolutely outstanding, and the fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff ran the evening like clockwork and never missed a beat. From the food to the service, it was an amazing dining experience all around. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area. This version keeps your enthusiasm while tightening the grammar and flow, making it read like a strong 5-star review.
