We stopped here a few times after hiking. This is a great small brewery. They had a pretty diverse taplist and we liked everything that we tried. Our favorites were their barrel aged stout and blended sour. Both were great. Fun outdoorsy atmosphere, and service was great. We also got to chat with the owner which was fun to learn about how they make their beers. A great local brewery to visit, and recommended spot after a hike.

A nice little brewery located right by the river. There were a decent amount of different beers and the server was very friendly! Plenty of seating inside and outside with a nice assortment of games you can play. We ended up sitting outside right next to the river and the kids even enjoyed themselves! Beer was very good too!

After a day of hiking in RMNP we stopped in for a drink and dinner. •The bartenders were super cool and fun to chat with. •The beer was super tasty. •The patio was lovely, the weather was perfect, and there were dogs we could pet •The taco food truck on site was delicious. 10/10 would come back

There’s 3 great micro breweries in Estes Park and Rock Cut is one (Avant Gard and Lumpy Ridge are the other two). They all have a great selection of beer and slightly different vibes. Rock Cut has a nice indoor space with games as well as a great patio next to the Big Thompson River. You won’t go wrong visiting any of these three breweries

Top notch brewery! The staff and owners are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The space is phenomenal. They have great indoor and outside seating. The beer selection is good. The beer is great. From the lager to IPA to sour beer to red ale to stouts they are all solid. Definitely worth the stop.
