I cannot say better things about this place! The food was absolutely amazing and perfectly cooked with plenty of flavor. Staff were very friendly. Our waitress was wonderful! Highly recommend this place will definitely be revisiting.

★★★★★ Prospect Bistro was one of the highlights of our time in Estes Park. We stopped in for dinner on a Friday evening, and it was easy to see why this place is so popular. The restaurant was packed around 7:00 p.m., which is always a good sign. Fortunately, we were able to get a table, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I ordered the hamburger with truffle fries, and both were outstanding. The burger was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and the truffle fries were the perfect complement. My dining companion had the pasta with Alfredo sauce, and it was equally delicious. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome without ever rushing the meal. Five stars. If a restaurant is this busy on a Friday night, there’s usually a good reason. After dinner, we completely understood why. Great food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. If you’re visiting Estes Park, I’d highly recommend making Prospect Bistro part of your trip. It’s well worth it.

Been here three times in the last five days. Best place in town for sure. Everything was great, and especially the bison hanger steak! Both burgers are also great! Incredible servers as well. Also, the prices are actually quite reasonable. We ate cheaper here than at several other “cheaper” restaurants in the area despite ordering essentially the same things. The portions are very generous. We weren’t able to eat an app and two entrées between the two of us.

Great place to dine. We enjoyed it. Athenx served us and made excellent recommendations. Enjoyed the Mountain View’s, quiet atmosphere, and great food.

Incredible atmosphere, Food and Service! Came early evening, Sunday. Everything was absolutely perfect. Including our superb waiter Kevin ( attentive and a delight). All of his recommendations were on point. My son had the Elk Bolognese, my mother had the trout, And I LOVED the lamb chops. For dessert, we decided to share the cheesecake and the chocolate cake. Best cheesecake I think we’ve ever had, no notes. Leaving here with absolute gratitude, delicious!
